If it's faulty!

Very occassionally the product we supply has a defect. You therefore need to know what our WARRANTY procedure is.

In many cases the arrangement we have with our suppliers is to operate on a NO QUIBBLE basis. This means that if the goods are returned as faulty we will raise a credit and supply a replacement. There are a few exceptions NTK lambda sensors and some engine management components do not have a NO QUIBBLE warranty. Just send the goods back with our driver or give it to our counter staff. In both cases they will complete a form and give you a copy. Our Warranty Supervisor knows which products do not have a NO QUIBBLE warranty. If you have an item which does not have a NO QUIBBLE you will be contacted and the product will be returned to the supplier for inspection. The report will be handed to our sales team who will report the result to you.

The situation is different if there is a labour claim involved. This will be handled by a member of our sales team, who you should contact, they will complete the appropriate documentation. They will then progress your claim to our supplier and when the response has been made communicate that response to you. Please do NOT hand these claims to a driver or hand them to our counter staff. Please contact the appropriate member of the Sales team. We will use our best endeavors to make a fair and quick settlement of your labour claim.
